  1. Membantu pemerintah dalam pelayanan kesehatan masyarakat

  2. Mengupayakan promosi kesehatan, pencegahan penyakit, pemeliharaan dan pemulihan kesehatan klien

  3. Meningkatkan perawatan diri dan peningkatan kepercayaan diri klien

  4. Meningkatkan derajat kesehatan biologis/fisik, psikologis, sosial dan spiritual klien

  5. Mengaplikasikan ilmu pengetahuan di bidang kesehatan

  6. Menciptakan lapangan pekerjaan khusunya untuk perawat professional

Terselenggaranya praktik keperawatan mandiri generalis yang dapat mewujudkan masyarakat yang sehat dan sejahtera

Tujuan Khusus

  1. Memberikan pelayanan kesehatan yang prima, modern dan professional berlandaskan ilmu dan kiat keperawatan dan peraturan/perundangan yang berlaku di Indonesia Membantu Pemerintah dalam meningkatkan derajat kesehatan masyarakat

  2. Memberikan asuhan keperawatan dengan melakukan pengkajian, menetapkan merencanakan asuhan keperawatan, melaksanakan intervensi keperawatan dan mengevaluasi asuhan serta melakukan pendokumentasian keperawatan

  3. Melaksanakan pelayanan perawatan luka modern maupun konvensional

  4. Memberikan obat sesuai dengan resep tenaga medis atau obat bebas/bebas terbatas

  5. Memberikan pelayanan kegawatdaruratan sesuai kompetensi

  6. Memberikan asuhan keperawatan komplementer/alternatif sesuai kompetensi

  7. Memberikan konsultasi kesehatan dan konseling

  8. Memberikan asuhan keperawatan di rumah klien (home care)

  9. Melakukan kolaborasi dengan teman sejawat, ners spesialis dan tenaga medis

  10. Melakukan rujukan klien kepada teman sejawat, ners spesialis, tenaga medis atau fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan diatasnya
